There are some beings who influence your life in such a wonderful and powerful way that their departure creates a gigantic void. Every cell then in your body suddenly feels the excruciating pain of your heart.
Such was our little Bundle... He left us yesterday Friday November 13, 2009 around 3:55 PM, not without a fight. We wonder how he could find in him such determination to live after the vets had predicted his departure numerous times. The decision was extremely difficult for us but we couldn’t watch his tiny body deteriorate any longer. We tried to alleviate his pain, the soft thumping on his backside being his favorite. We slowed our pace to give him all the love, the hugs, the reassurance, the comfort and everything else to make his last days comfortable.
What can be said about Bundle? So very much indeed. He has touched our lives and the lives of others in the most beautiful fashion. He has given us the most precious unconditional love, the most faithful companionship and the most terrific inspiration.
Today, his absence is heartfelt, the house is extremely quiet and our eyes are full of tears. We sadly and deeply know that our lives, our very own selves will never be the same again.
Thank you Bundle for your enduring love. We will never ever forget you!
