Limited Edition of 10 Museum Grade, Fine Art Prints.
Hadrian's Wall was built by the Romans starting in AD 122 and stretched 80 miles long from River Tyne near the North Sea to the Solway Firth on the Irish Sea. It was built to keep the Ancient Britons to the North from claiming their ancestral land. We visited two different sections of the wall and being a history buff this was one of the most exciting times of my life. It was a typical English early spring day, stormy. I actually love photographing some scenes in this light, it mutes the colors and there are no harsh shadows. I choose this perspective along the wall because I loved the tree in the distance and the couple walking off into a new adventure.
