Limited Edition of 100 Museum Grade, Fine Art Prints.
Spending the day photographing in a snowstorm was very satisfying and rewarding. The trick is to wear good winter gear, nice warm clothing, good boots, have a moister cover for your camera and lots of lens cloths. I had so much fun finding interesting aspen trees with snow accumulating on them. I also used shallow depth of field to blur the background and a fast enough shutter speed to capture the snowflakes in midair or a slow shutter speed to blur the image by moving while making the exposure. This photograph and the others in this series are a study all done the same day. The location is in the Uinta Mountains near Oakley, Utah. Some of these images are actual and some abstract, all in Black and White, I hope you enjoy them. Photo © copyright by Tomas W. Mitchell.

The Finished print will look different than what you see on your phone or computer screen. Your phone or computer screen does not do justice to the amazing color and depth of these museum grade, fine art prints. When enlarged to sizes of 24x36 or larger these prints really explode in detail and vibrancy. Proper lighting on your prints can be key to how they will look in your home or office. Here is an article Tomas wrote about how to light your photographic art.
